OVERVIEW

SunP Gel G1 is a bioInk based on methacrylate gelatin (Gel-MA), which retains the temperature-sensitive properties of gelatin and can be mixed with photoinitiators (such as LAP, I2959). It crosslinks under blue light or ultraviolet light, and suitable for most human and animal-derived cells. The product is available in gel and powder form

Figure 1: Gel point detection method
The gel temperature was measured by Anton Paar MCR302 rotational rheometer. The measurement parameters were: deformation range 0.1%, test frequency 1 Hz, cone plate diameter 25 mm, and the slope of the cone plate was 2°, the cone tip of the tapered plate is 99 μm away from the bottom plate. Gel point test results: 23.0-25.0 °C

Cell Viability Detection method: The cells of Hela, A549, NIH-3T3 and HUVEC were tested for 24-hour cell viability by Calcein AM-PI kit. Under confocal observation, the living cells showed green fluorescence and the dead cells showed red fluorescence (Figure 2 And head video), cell viability test results:
